Die cutter is a faster means to make the cutting to your designed layout for Leather, paper, cloth etc.

This mold is made by high precise laser machine

Wooden Base thickness: 17 mm 

cutter knife over the wooden plate : 6 mm

surface calculation: for example: 50x50mm=2,500 sq mm

How to order:

1. send me your logo picture, better in .CDR, .EPS .AI Version, to my email: [email protected]

if you do not have those versions, Please send me .PDF, .JPG, .PNG, .BMP  version picture in big enough size. the Die cutter will be mirror to your image to make sure the cut pattern same as your designed. 

cannot make too tiny pattern, the lines (knifes) distance minimum is 3mm. (please see last picture) 

2. tell me the size you wish, default will use your designed file size.  

How to press print

1.  put the die cutter in hard flat plate like Metal plate or Marbo, blame upward. Can not be in a soft plate, otherwise the knife will be knocked out from the wooden base.

2. Put down the Leather on the die cutter blame, the front surface faced down. 

3. Using a wood hammer or the Bakelite cylinder (option purchased from my shop) hit on the back surface of the leather, from one side to other side. 

It will take 3-7 days to make for order before delivery.
