How to order:

1. send me your logo picture (ETSY conver accept PDF version), better in Vector .PDF .AI Version, to my email: [email protected] if you do not have that version, Please send me  .JPG, .PNG, .BMP  version picture in big enough size over 1000dpi resolution. the stamp will be mirror to your image to make sure the printing mark same as your design.  

your design should be in Black and white. the black parts will be outstanding from the stamp but in mirror, will impress/print to leather.

2. tell me the size you wish (for example my unicorn with KNIGHT logo is 28x10mm, Round Unicorn is  ø13mm).

3. tell me which part of you logo will be concave or convex on the brass stamp, normally the pattern is Convex like unicorn with KNIGHT, Concave like Round Unicorn.

How to Hammer Press Embossing 

1.  put a hard flat plate on the back of the vegetable tanned leather,put the stamp on you leather surface place you want to stamp. the leather better in wet.

2. because the brass stamp is too thin, you can not handle and hammer it, use the press hammer rod (option, purchase separate) or find a metal pillar (a  bolt or a nut)  the surface to the brass stamp should be flat. put it on to the stamp, and hold with you finger, hammer it. 

3. Move the rod to the stamp place you need more press, for example, the place more pattern. and hammer more times.

4. you may take out the stamp to check the result, if not satisfied, you may put back the stamp to the Concave mark (be the right place) , and hammer again.

If the material you want to press print are not vegetables tanned leather, like Chrome tanned leather, plastic, wood, paper, you may need buy heat embossing machine and thermal foiling print.

If you find it is difficult to get ideal press mark by hammer pressed, you may try to use a clamp to clip or heavy weight mass pressed on the stamp for about long time, for example 12 hours. this is a new way one of my customer told me. you may try.
