Important notes:

1. when you insert the U shape arms (2 L shape rods) to the strap, please make sure the pins are inserted together firmly, some times they are not connected inside the strap, but you can not see it, just bend it to see whether they can be bent, if it can , means they are not connected properly in strap, it will cause broken. 

2. when you tighten the screws, please make sure the screws are screwed down straightly, if not, the screws are easy to be stripped.  it also can cause the broken.
